١. الشروط

• للإستفادة من خدمات الإرجاع والاستبدال يجب إحضار الفاتورة الأصلية.
• يشمل الإرجاع والاستبدال جميع الأصناف باستثناء (أجهاز التنفس ، أجهاز السكر ، أجهاز الضغط ، أجهاز شفط البلغم ، كراسي دورات المياه ، السرائر الطبية ، الكراسي الطبية ، المشدات الطبية ، الفنائل الدخلية ، المفارش والمخادات الطبية ) إلا إذا وجد عيب مصنعي في الصنف .
• أن يكون الصنف بنفس حالتة عند الشراء ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي.
• الإرجاع خلال 5 أيام والاستبدال خلال 8 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
• استلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن يعتبر إقرارا من العميل أن الشحنة (الكرتون) سليم وبحالة جيدة ولم يتم فتحه قبل الإستلام

• بعد استلام المنتج من قبلنا سيتم فحصه من قبل فنين متخصصين والتأكد من سلامته وسيتم شحن منتج بديل أو استرجاع المبلغ خلال مدة لاتقل عن 14 يوم عمل.
• في حال عدم توفر منتج بديل للمنتج المستبدل سيتم استرجاع مبلغ المنتج للعميل.
• في حال وجود عطل في المنتج بعد الاستخدام يجب مراجعة الوكيل الخاص بالمنتج وصيانة المنتج
• في حال نفاذ كمية المنتج بعد إتمام عملية الطلب يحق لشركة رعيل الأوائل عدم شحن الطلب كاملا واسترجاع المبلغ للعميل أو شحن الطلب مجزأ بعد التواصل مع العميل.
• في حال تعرض الموقع للاختراق او الأخطاء الفنية والتقنية يحق للشركة رعيل الأوائل الغاء الطلبات والاعتذار للعميل وارجاع المبالغ كاملة بدون أي خصم في فترة من 3 إلى 14 يوم عمل
• في حالة طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام ونفاذ كمية المنتج يحق للشركة رعيل الأوائل الغاء الطلب والاعتذار للعميل
• في حال عدم وجود عيب في المنتج وأراد العميل استبداله أو استرجاعه يتم تحميل العميل تكاليف الشحن ورسوم الدفع.
• استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج عن طريق الموقع بسبب عدم الرغبة باستخدام المنتج يتم تحميل العميل رسوم الشحن ورسوم الدفع.

Return and Exchange Policy

• To benefit from return and exchange services, the original invoice must be presented.
• Return and exchange includes all items except (respiratory devices, diabetes devices, blood pressure devices, phlegm suction devices, toilet seats, medical beds, medical chairs, medical corsets, undershirts, medical mattresses and pillows), unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 5 days and exchanges within 8 days from the date of purchase.
• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes the customer’s acknowledgement that the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and unopened prior to delivery.
• You can return and exchange the product at the nearest Ra’il Al Awael showroom (you can visit the showroom list page). If there is no branch in the city where the order was delivered, please contact us at the unified service number +966114541755, and a shipping company representative will be present to receive the order.
• After receiving the product, it will be inspected by specialized technicians to ensure its safety. A replacement product will be shipped or the amount refunded within a period of no less than 14 business days.
• If a replacement product is not available, the customer will receive a refund.
• If a product malfunctions after use, the product’s agent must be contacted for maintenance.
• If the product runs out after the order is completed, Ra’il Al Awael reserves the right to not ship the entire order and refund the customer, or ship the order in parts after contacting the customer.
• In the event of a breach or technical error, Ra’il Al Awal Company has the right to cancel orders, apologize to the customer, and refund the full amount without any deduction within a period of 3 to 14 business days.

• If there is no defect in the product and the customer wishes to exchange or return it, the customer will be charged the shipping costs and payment fees.
